Heat & Lane Assignments
Athlete Set Up Area: Athletes can set up in our back room, so bring whatever you like to be comfortable for the day.
Warm-up Area: In our back room, we’ll have 3-4 platforms available for warming up as well as rowers and bikes! Please just be aware of each other as the entire facility will be packed with people!
Parking: Parking is again, behind our building in that open lot. Please be aware that it will have snow on it, so please be prepared for that.
DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBORS (Hoosier Tires) PARKING LOT!!!!!!
Food: Artie’s crew will be her slanging the goods, so come hungry!! We also have Kill Cliff, Fuel For Fire, & RX Bars all for sale in our front lobby.
Restrooms: We have 1 inside restroom and will also have additional portable toilets outside.
Workout # 1 – Open Division
60 Assault Bike Calories
30 Ring Dips
30 Box Facing – Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
60 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
30 Handstand Push-ups
20 min Time Cap
Relay style. Your team will have a box to stay in, while 1 person goes out onto the floor to work. 1 person can stay out on the floor as long as they want and perform as much work as they want. If one person finishes a movement, they can move directly onto the next movement WITHOUT having to come back in their team box. If/When you switch teammates, it HAS TO BE GIRL TO GUY OR GUY TO GIRL. (For example, Jeff can’t come off the pull-up bar to tag John, he must switch out to the female on their team.) If workout is not completed, any extra reps will be added on as seconds to the 20 min cap.
