Wide stance box squat: 8 x 3 @65% of 12/3 3RM. Every 60s.


5 Rounds, each for time:
10 cal. bike
20 Burpees
Rest 3:00
*25:00 cap

L2: 15 burpees per round
L1: 4 Rounds, 10 burpees per round

Extra Credit
Banded leg curls: 4 x 25. Rest 60s.
