Beginners 6 Week Challenge At CrossFit 317

We’re looking for people that are ready to make a commitment to their health to join our upcoming six week Kick Start challenge. We’ll provide the structure through group workouts designed for beginners that meet three times per week, nutritional information, and a private Facebook group for support and interaction. And there will be a whole lot of fun and building friendships along the way!

-You get six weeks of classes at CrossFit 317 designed specifically for this program. Workouts are created for beginners. Everyone starts on Chapter 1 with this program.

-Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at our Brownsburg location.

-You pick your group; 5:30am, 5:30pm, or 6:30pm. Classes are capped so you’ll have plenty of one-on-one interaction from our experienced coaches.

-We’ll provide you with a pretty easy to follow nutrition guide. You’ll be eating to nourish your body and fuel your workouts.

-You’ll have access to our private Facebook group just for CrossFit 317 Kick Start participants.

-You’ll get to make new friends in our supportive CrossFit 317 community. And new CrossFit friends means always having people to help you move heavy stuff.

-All of the above and you’ll enjoy the benefits of increased health and fitness all for one inclusive price of $259. No extra items to buy. Although we do have some pretty fly CrossFit 317 tees and tank tops that you’re welcome to purchase. (CrossFit 317 gear does make you faster and stronger. It’s science.)

This six week challenge is one of our favorite programs that we offer at CrossFit 317. We’ve seen time and time again how well it works. But it’s not a magic pill. We ask that participants really commit to the process. You have to show up, do the work, eat to fuel your body, and have a positive mindset.
