My husband was doing CrossFit at another gym and I was very jealous! He wanted me to do research and join a gym that was structured and had a good beginners program. And here we are!
Movement – Any Olympic lift. I love it and feel so strong!

Short term: to get past this mental block and do a box jump!!
Oh, i can sell some Crossfit. If I can do CrossFit, anyone can. Honestly. There isn’t one workout I’ve missed out on or got “less” of a workout than someone else. The workouts are planned for you. the coaches are there to walk you through everything and answer all of your quesitons. I feel safe, never rushed into doing something i’m not comfortable with. I just know i’d never push myself as hard on my own.
Probably the workout that we did on 09/11. it’s the first time i’ve had a real goal with a crazy workout and came in under my goal time!!

I love the fact that, more often than i care to admit, I walk in thinking “No way” and I walk out having done every bit of the workout!!
