Deadlift x 4-6 reps
Rest 90 seconds
Push-Ups x Max Reps in 60 seconds
Rest 90 seconds
Alternating Pistols x 10-12 reps each leg
Rest 90 seconds
Overhead Press with DBs x 8-10 reps
Rest 90 seconds

Cash Out: 2 min max burpees! 🙂

If you can get to the end range of reps, then increase the weight for the next set.
