A couple of NEW implements starting January 1, 2014:
1. You need to SIGN UP PRIOR to class! We are capping the classes at 15 to ensure proper coaching, safety & equipment. Please sign up before hand. If you are not signed up and the class is full, you’ll have to wait until the next class.
If you do not know how to sign in with your account, ask a coach ASAP.
Even though you are signed up, you still need to confirm you are there on the Ipad when you get to the box.
2. We are adding a weeknight Mobility class! Tuesdays @ 5:30pm
This will be in ADDITION to our mobility class on Sunday at 9:00 am.
Take 15 minutes to work on a gymanstics skill (ex: HSPU, T2B, Handwalks, Kipping, Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, etc)
