AMRAP Push-ups in 45 Seconds

Rest 2 minutes


10 min EMOM

6 Clean & Jerk (115/75)

8 Air Squats

If you fail to complete your set within the minute, finish it and then rest the remainder of the minute you ran into. Note total number of rounds or reps completed.
