You’re in luck!!!
We know each one of our members are on different journeys and we want to help you anyway we can! We will soon be posting 2 optional conditioning WODs each week. Again, these are completely optional and if you want extra conditioning, take advantage of these! Some of these need to be done at the box and some can be done at home! You can choose to do them after a workout or on a day that you might normally take off. Let us know how are you are liking these and be sure to comment on the post with your times!
