Hatch Squat Cycle Week 11 – We’ll max BS today!

Complete 5 rounds:
Complete the following cycle 7 times each round:

Power Clean (135/95)
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
BHN Push Press


*Do not drop the weight. Stay connected through the round.
*If weight is dropped, stop and do 5 burpees
*Wt can be dropped between rounds
