Partner Workout!

Need to complete 2.5 miles total!

Must make 5 pit stops!

Pit Stops Include: 

100 Slamball Over the Shoulder (50/35)

100 DU’s

100 Burpees

100 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

100 HSPU

*all 100 reps of each pit stop must be completed before you start running again*

*1 Person working at a time*
