“I always feel like I have gotten a great workout when I leave 317.”

We have the opportunity to speak with CrossFit 317 member, Twyla Broviak this week for our Member Monday interview. Twyla has been training with us at CrossFit 317 since June 2016. Today she shares her thoughts on the 317 community.

What were your first impressions upon joining CrossFit 317?
“Everyone was very nice and super supportive.  317 has great coaches which focus a lot on form and making sure you are doing the movement properly before adding weight, which I think is great and helps to prevent injury.”

How has your training at 317 impacted your life outside of the gym?
“It has helped me to feel better about myself.  It helps me relieve stress from a busy hectic life.”

How does CrossFit 317 meet your health and fitness needs?
“CrossFit workouts push me like no other workout.   I always feel like I have gotten a great workout when I leave 317.  In just the first couple of months of being back at CrossFit I can start to see things toning up.”

Do you have a 317 memory that you would like to share?
“I have so many memories already at 317, it’s hard to pick one.  It’s just a great group of coaches and members.”

What’s your favorite part of CrossFit?
“The push to be better to strive harder to put that extra 5lbs on to rx. It’s just a rush, an addiction.”

If asked to sum up 317 in one word or phrase, what would it be?

Outside of the gym, what activities and hobbies do you enjoy?
“I love diesel trucks, drag racing, working out, hunting, fishing, hiking.”
