What were your first impressions upon joining CrossFit 317?
“Very welcoming and supportive.”

How has your training at 317 impacted your life outside of the gym?
“I have been more organized in daily life. I have a much better routine… exercise, eating, sleeping and working.”

How does CrossFit 317 meet your health and fitness needs?
“Helping me to gain strength after a horrible accident. Feels amazing to feel strong again!”

Do you have a 317 memory that you would like to share?
“I love being so excited when I get to CrossFit 317 and work out…. then I am on the count down in the last few minutes! Andrew kick my butt! Love it! Love him!”

What’s your favorite part of CrossFit?
“I appreciate the cross training! It prepares me for life! Just never know what to expect but, always ready!”

If asked to sum up 317 in one word or phrase, what would it be?
“Mind, Body, Spirit fitness”

Outside of the gym, what activities and hobbies do you enjoy?
“I am a triathlete. I am a children’s author. I am a founder of  🙂 Lover of life❤️ All in kind of woman!”
